Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together hot sauce and melted butter. Add in the cooked shredded chicken and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
  • Add chopped celery and green onions to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the blue cheese dressing. (Or use regular blue cheese dressing.)
  • Wash and dry the head of iceberg lettuce. Carefully peel away each leaf to create a wrap.
  • To assemble the wraps, spoon the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing and serve immediately.
