In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the diced avocado and chopped bacon.
To assemble the lettuce wraps, spoon the turkey mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with the avocado and bacon mixture.
