cream cheese stuffed steak wrapped in bacon

Cream Cheese Stuffed Steak Wrapped in Bacon

Cream Cheese Stuffed Steak Wrapped in Bacon is a mouthwatering dish that combines the richness of cream cheese with the savory flavors of steak and bacon. The beef steaks, such as ribeye or New York strip, are carefully cut to create pockets for the cream cheese stuffing. The cream cheese is mixed with minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, and then generously stuffed into each steak. The steaks are then wrapped in bacon slices, which add a crispy and smoky touch. After a quick sear in a skillet to crisp up the bacon, the stuffed steaks are baked in the oven to reach the desired level of doneness. Once cooked, the steaks are allowed to rest, and then they are ready to be enjoyed. With each serving containing only 2g of carbohydrates, this dish is not only delicious but also keto-friendly.

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Carefully place the stuffed steaks in the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bacon begins to crisp.
