Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the air fryer basket, leaving some space in between.
Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to form thin and even circles.
Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for about 3-5 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the crisps are crispy.
Carefully remove the crisps from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes to firm up.
Repeat the process with the remaining cheese mixture.
Store the cooled crisps in an airtight container for up to a week.
