Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic cloves. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the crab meat is evenly distributed. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture into a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top of the dip.
Serve hot with low-carb crackers or celery sticks.
