Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained and picked over for shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic cloves. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the crab meat is evenly distributed. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top of the dip.
  • Serve hot with low-carb crackers or celery sticks.
