Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 8 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the asparagus spears.
  • Divide the asparagus into 8 even bundles.
  • Take one slice of bacon and wrap it around one bundle of asparagus, starting at the bottom and working your way up. Repeat with remaining asparagus bundles.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
  • Once the asparagus is done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
