  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
