Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
Top each jalapeno with cooked, crumbled bacon.
Place the jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the peppers are soft and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
