  • 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
